B. QuillCRM (Omnichannel Pre-Sales CRM)
- Lead Data: Prospect names, phone numbers, emails, and custom form response fields ingested from websites, webhooks, and connected platforms.
- Facebook (Meta) Integration Data: If you connect Facebook Lead Ads, we collect your Public Profile Name & Picture, List of Managed Pages (via pages_show_list), Lead Form Structures (via pages_read_engagement & pages_manage_ads), Lead Submissions (via leads_retrieval webhook), and Business Configuration (via business_management).
C. Quillive (AI Website Assistant)
- Chat Logs & Knowledge Base: Visitor conversation histories, enquiry payloads, domain URLs, and uploaded documentation used for sub-0.5s RAG AI responses.
- Third-Party AI & Analytics: Google AI services process conversation context to generate intelligent answers. Google Analytics tracks platform usage and performance.
D. Kriyoz (Workspace & Collaboration Platform)
- Account & Team Data: Names, work emails, passwords, profile photos, and role-based access scoping (Super Admin, Tenant Admin, Manager, Employee).
- Tenant Content: Task cards, subtask checklists, comments, sticky notes, file attachments, and social media campaign briefs.

Operating and maintaining our website, product ecosystem, and multi-tenant infrastructure.
Centralizing incoming sales leads into QuillCRM and triggering instant, automated WhatsApp follow-ups.
Processing intelligent chatbot answers in Quillive and routing live chats to support reps.
Sending automated task updates and due date notifications via Nodemailer / Zoho Mail SMTP.
Executing custom software development agreements and technical deliverables.
4.Facebook Data Retention & Deletion Rights
QuillCRM retains Meta Access Tokens and configuration data strictly while your account maintains an active connection in the dashboard. Your Right to Deletion: You may revoke our application's access at any time by navigating to your Facebook Settings > Business Integrations and removing QuillCRM. Furthermore, you can completely purge your Facebook connection and associated form configurations from the 'Connections' tab inside your QuillCRM workspace.
5.Data Sharing and Non-Sale Guarantee
We respect your privacy. We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your personal data, customer lead records, or workspace content to third parties or advertising networks. Data is shared strictly with essential infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting servers, Meta/WhatsApp APIs, Google AI APIs) necessary to deliver service functionality.
6.Data Security & Tenant Isolation
We maintain strict technical and administrative safeguards. Kriyoz and QuillCRM utilize tenant-level data segregation to keep your organizational records private. All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and third-party APIs is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).
7.Company Registration Details
QuillNext, QuillCRM, Quillive, and Kriyoz are products of Quillnext Solutions, registered as a proprietorship based in Lakhimpur Kheri, 262802 (as per PAN documentation).
