1.Agreement to Terms

QuillNext provides custom technology solutions and digital products:
• QuillCRM: Omnichannel pre-sales CRM aggregating website webhooks, Facebook Lead Ads, and WhatsApp automation.
• Quillive: AI website assistant providing sub-0.5s preact chat widget responses and automated lead capture.
• Kriyoz: Multi-tenant workspace platform for project management, task tracking, subtask checklists, and social media content planning.
• MyPortfolyo: Digital identity canvas for showcasing professional projects and case studies.
• Custom Engineering Services: Website development, web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android), AI & workflow automation, and social media creative design.
3.Acceptable Use Policy
When utilizing our website or software products, you agree strictly to the following rules of conduct. You shall NOT:
Forbidden Activities
- Generate Illegal Content: Use our platforms or chatbots to create, promote, or distribute illicit or harmful material.
- Spamming & Unsolicited Messaging: Use QuillCRM or Quillive to send automated spam, bulk unsolicited WhatsApp messages, or engage in abusive messaging practices.
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or derive the source code or architecture of any QuillNext software.
- Data Security Violations: Attempt to breach multi-tenant data boundaries, bypass role permissions, or extract unauthorized user data.
4.Third-Party Integrations & API Policies
When utilizing third-party services integrated with our platforms (such as Meta/Facebook Lead Ads APIs, WhatsApp Business APIs via AiSensy, Google AI APIs, or Google Analytics), you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and API usage policies.
5.Enterprise Plans & Custom Agreements
At this time, direct online subscription checkouts are not processed through the public website. Products and custom development services are delivered on an Enterprise Plan or project-contract basis governed by a signed Scope of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). Payment schedules, cancellation terms, and deliverables are strictly dictated by your contract with Quillnext Solutions.
6.Intellectual Property Rights
All software, source code, UI designs, brand marks, and product features remain the exclusive intellectual property of Quillnext Solutions and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.Disclaimer of Liability & Warranties
Our platforms and website are provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quillnext Solutions disclaims all warranties and shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, third-party API changes, or business interruptions.

Quillnext Solutions is registered as a proprietorship based in Lakhimpur Kheri, 262802 (as per PAN documentation).
